At Sayman Polymer, big bags and industrial packaging solutions are produced through a step-by-step manufacturing chain, from raw material preparation and yarn production to weaving, lamination, cutting, sewing, and internal liner production.
Each stage is controlled to achieve consistent strength, durability, safety, and quality, ensuring that the final product is aligned with the load type, transport conditions, and standards required by the customer.

In the first stage, polypropylene raw materials and required additives are dosed into the extrusion process and converted into tapes with the target thickness and denier.

The produced tapes are woven into circular, flat, or narrow fabrics according to customer requirements and technical standards. The quality of this stage plays a key role in the final strength of the big bag.

Depending on the product to be packed, one-sided or two-sided lamination is applied to the fabric. This layer helps improve resistance against air and moisture and reduces the release of fine particles through the weave.

All fabrics and polypropylene components are prepared according to the required bag dimensions and structure using hot, ultrasonic, or cold cutting methods.

At this stage, a polymer coating is applied to the fabric surface to help prevent powdery or fluid materials from leaking through the weave. This process increases the protective performance of the packaging.

Cut and prepared components are assembled and sewn according to the final product design. Loops, body panels, base, filling inlet, discharge outlet, and other big bag components are brought together to create the complete structure.

For liner production, polyethylene materials are processed with the required formulation and structure to produce an internal protective layer for products packed inside the big bag.
